I'm Aishah Davis, a seasoned product leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling products that millions of people love. As a Fractional Chief Product Officer and Product Strategist, I partner with companies to build or refine their product vision and to bring that vision into reality.
My approach combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and a deep understanding of user needs to create products that not only meet market demands but exceed expectations. My Journey
My journey in product began unexpectedly. After graduating with degrees in International Relations and Modern Languages, I found myself drawn to the intersection of technology and human behavior in the process of adult language learning. I started as a product manager at a small startup, where I quickly learned that building great products required more than just great features—it required understanding people, markets, and the art of saying no to good ideas in favor of great ones.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of leading product teams at both startups and scale-ups, particularly in the B2B SaaS and EdTech spaces. Each experience taught me invaluable lessons about product strategy, team dynamics, and the importance of aligning product decisions with business objectives. I've launched products that have reached millions of users, navigated pivots, celebrated successes, and learned from failures.
Today, as a Fractional CPO, I bring that wealth of experience to companies that need strategic product leadership without the full-time commitment. I'm passionate about helping entrepreneurs and executives build products that truly make a difference, and I love the challenge of solving complex product problems across different industries and contexts.
